Well, I haven't posted anything here in quite some time so I might as well update it for those who care to know what I've been doing with my life.

Okay, here we go, first off, I've been honestly looking as hard as I can for a job. It seems impossible in the town that I live because of the economy. I apply everywhere and always call them back and what do I get out of it? Nothing at all. I have had a few interviews, but no calls back. I have no idea what to do anymore, I feel lost and like there is no hope. I need a job for multiple reasons but the biggest reason of all is that I want to start saving and move foreward in life.

Okay, well now that I explained my Employment situation, I'll start on what I'm doing as far as college goes. I haven't even started college yet, I want to, but I could never figure out how to apply for a Student Loan. I've asked the college and all they tell me is to go to their website and it will tell me everything I need to know from there... Okay, just to let everyone know, the information was there after having to DIG FOR IT. I finally found out how to apply for a Student Loan and I'm taking classes starting in the Spring.

Basically, I've been sitting around wasting time. Sometimes it's my fault, sometimes it's not. I am tired of sitting around, I want to get the ball rolling and do something for a change. I guess college is a start, hopefully I'll just be able to find a Part Time job to go along with it...

New Chromebook.

Hello, I am now updating my blog from my new Chromebook. I haven't had a computer of my own in almost a year and it feels good to finally have one of my own. The Chromebook is a computer that has Google's Chrome OS. Personally, I love it. It does everything I would ever need it to do and I got it at the very affordable price of $200. The fact that I now have my own computer means I will be updating my blog more often seeing as how I don't have to worry about somebody else using the computer.

Anyway, I figured I would make this post short just telling anyone that views this that I am back and am going to be blogging once again.

Well, where to start... I haven't posted any blogs in a long time seeing as how I have been looking for a job and trying to get into school (which is a little more difficult than I thought) to try and better myself and pursue my dreams. As far as how things have been, everything has been going great for me, a little slow, but I guess patience is key when it comes to getting what you want out of Life.

Lately, I have been watching random "first" episodes of the latest Anime Seasons. Not many series have pulled me in so far, I guess I'll just have to keep searching for the right series. As far as Manga goes, I haven't read a good Manga Series in about a year. If anybody reads this and would like to recommend a good Anime and/or Manga Series I could watch/read, I would greatly appreciate it. I have been away for a long time from not only blogging, but the Anime and Manga community as well. I am slowly working my way back in, it's kind of hard seeing as how I have been out of the proverbial "loop" for a while. Or if anyone has any ideas for a type of blog they want me to do, comment and let me know.

I'm going to try to post at least once a day to keep this blog in going. I think I'm going to expand my horizons when it comes to my blog. I am going to start making posts about my random pick-ups as well. The pick-ups posts will be about anything I decide to buy. Games, Movies, Toys, Shirts, CD's etc. I have always enjoyed Youtube videos and Blog posts about pick-ups.

Anyway, this is where I take my leave, if anyone reads this remember to comment and like I said before, I would greatly appreciate it if you guys left me some Anime/Manga suggestions and some blog post suggestions. I want to get this blog up and running and put into full motion.

Highschool of the Dead: First thoughts

I finished the first episode a few minutes ago and I have to say that I am impressed. The animation was spectacular and I love the story so far. I cannot wait for the second episode sometime this week. I recommend this series for anyone who likes zombies.

I am back from visiting my family up north and unfortunately I haven't watched ANY of the new anime series from the Summer Season. I am ashamed of myself to say the least. Tonight I am going to watch anime ALL NIGHT LONG as a tribute to my return to watching anime. I am going to watch stuff from the new season and after I finish all those episodes, I am going to start watching other anime that I need to catch up on from the previous season. K-on!! First Thoughts

So far, it isn't bad. The first episode is a little slow but I gt the feeling it'll pick up in the next episode.

The first episode is about how the girls are now Seniors and they are trying to find people to take their place in the club after they graduate. They haven't found one person yet, even after performing for all the Freshmen after the opening ceremony.

I am excited to see how the rest of Season 2 is going to play out. I'll probably watch Season 1 of K-On just to recap all that has happened already.

Heroman: First Thoughts

So, I just finished the very first episode of Heroman. I loved it. The music for the series is great, the animation is spectacular, the story is great, I like everything about it so far.

The story centers on a boy named Joey who discovers a toy robot near the west coast of the United States. Then, the toy becomes Heroman, a giant robot that Joey pilots against evil threats. What I thought was even more cool is Stan Lee and BONES teamed up to create this series.

I'm not sure if you people that read my blog like superhero stories, but either way I would recommend that you give this series a chance. This very well may be my favorite series of the season.

Ladies vs. Butlers: First Impressions

Well, other than that fact that it is the definition of fan-service, I still think it is decent so far.

This series is about Hino Akiharu who lost his parents when he was small and was adopted into his uncle's family. But he noticed his uncle is after the inheritance of his parents, so he decides to enter a boarding school, Hakureiryou high school. However his delinquent boy-like appearance frightens the girls, who make up the majority of the students. Being unable to get along with the classmates, Akiharu meets his childhood girlfriend Saikyou Tomomi.

So far, I am enjoying the series. I am starting Episode 4 and when I finish the series I plan to make a review post, telling my final thoughts on the series and what I liked and did not like overall.

Pokemon HG/SS

When I was about 9 or 10 years old I got Pokemon Gold Version for my birthday. I loved that game to the fullest. I was so excited when I found out that my parents got my the Gold Version. Later on down the road my brother got the Silver Version. It seems like it has always been that way with me and my brother, I like one version, he likes the other.

Now, me and my brother are STOKED about these remakes. Of course, he wants Soul Silver and I want Heart Gold. We plan to get these games somehow, I don't know how, but we will.

Pokemon

Where do I begin...
Back when I was about 8 years of age I received a VHS tape in the mail. That very tape is what triggered what, still to this day, is something I love with a passion, Pokemon.

I was also 8 years old when I got Pokemon Blue Version. One morning my Dad had to drop my mother off at work and after that he took me and my younger brother to Meijer so that we could pick out a game. My dad suggested that we get a N64 game so that we can both play on the TV but I didn't want to, I wanted Pokemon. I assured him that I would let my brother play it as well(even though I didn't). After that when my brother got a little older he got Pokemon Red Version, he beat it and we always traded Pokemon back and fourth.

I will always love Pokemon with a passion and I will continue to play the newer Pokemon games until they quit making Pokemon all together. I am a true Pokemon fan and nothing will change that...EVER.

Goals Update (Mini Blog)

Well, I finally finished my GED and now I can move on to bigger and better things. I have completed one of the tasks on my list of goals for this year and am in the process of completing the weight loss goal. I have obtained a membership at my local YMCA and i have been working out like crazy.

I really don't have much else to post right now. I will post another blog in the morning when I get done watching some episodes of an anime series I have been following.

I haven't posted in a long time and I think I owe it to myself to post a Blog saying that I am back with a list of 2010 goals.

First off, my goals for 2010 are as follows...

1. Stick to my goals
2. Lost weight
3.Watch more anime
4.Read more manga
5.Get my G.E.D. finished
6.Get a decent paying Job so I can afford things
7.Get my driver's license
8.Goto more shows
9.Get a girlfriend
10.Again, stick to my goals

(The reason I put "stick to my goals twice is because I sometimes get lazy and end up not doing anything about some of these things)

I am happy for the new year and I see much potential and change as it comes our way. I am going to live my life to the fullest this year and beyond.

I am not sure why I haven't been posting lately. I think it is because of my little "burnout period" I just recently got over. I have started watching anime again and I feel more excited about it now than I ever have! So I guess in other words, I have recovered from being burnt out!

Like I said, I started watching anime again. The one that started me off is...

FIGHT IPPATSU JUUDEN-CHAN!!

So far, I love this series and I will be doing a full review when I am finished with it. There are only 12 episodes so that should be in the next few days or less.

Anyway, for now I am going to watch more episodes. I will post another blog Tomorrow because I have also set a goal for myself. I am going to post atleast one blog a day to keep my blog going. I feel like by me not posting at all, my blog is going to waste. So, for my readers, give me ideas on some topics you might want me to cover and I will.

The Legend of Zelda:Spirit Tracks

So far, I think this Zelda game seems pretty cool. I thought the other Zelda game was okay, but this one seems much better.

Spirit Tracks takes place at least one hundred years after the events of Phantom Hourglass, in the now-established land Link and Tetra originally set out to discover at the end of The Wind Waker.Link is an apprentice engineer for the royal railroads, hoping to become a fully fledged rail tycoon. He learns from Princess Zelda that Spirit Tracks, which not only serve as transportation but also seal an evil force, but the tracks are disappearing from the world. Whilst investigating the matter, Link and Princess Zelda are ambushed by Chancellor Cole, who hopes to revive this evil. He attacks Zelda and kidnaps her body in order to utilize her powers. Her spirit, however, becomes separated from the body, and only Link is able to see her. She is forced to travel with Link as he attempts to restore the Spirit Tracks, stop Cole and get back her body.Along the way, she both rides atop the train with him, and physically takes control of Phantom Guardians to assist him.

I think that this Zelda game will be a very good one. The story seems a lot better than Phantom Hourglass in my opinion. In fact, if I ever get another DS then I am for sure getting this game and also on top of that Kingdom hearts 358/2 days.

I decided to do a double post about 2 anime series I have been following this season.

Letter Bee--

This anime series has alot going for it in my opinion. Already, this anime is my favorite out of all the other anime this season. I love the style and the feeling of this series.

Nyan Koi!--

This anime series is VERY funny. Also, if you are a cat lover and a fan of romantic comedy anime, this anime series may be for you. This series is very unique in it's own way. They take the idea of the regular "High school romance" anime and put a twist in. I believe this one will turn out to be a favorite of the many people who give it a chance.

Witch Blade in Blu Ray.

Figures

I have decided that I want to start collecting Anime/Manga related figures but I'm not exactly sure where to start. I think the first thing I need to think about when choosing a figure is, am I prepared to spend a good amount of money on these?

(My favorite one so far :P)

My answer to that is, yes I am quite prepared actually. I am not ashamed of my hobby and I will continue to pursue it till the day that I die. Some may think it is outrageous to spend up to $80.00 on a figure, and maybe it is, but I am buying this figure to represent what I love.

(Cute :P)

All that is left to do is find a Job so that I can start buying more and more of these. After I find a Job my figure collection will grow more and more.

I went to the Doctor yesterday and he said I should be fine and told me I developed Sinusitis is all. I went to the K-Mart Pharmacy and got my prescription filled for 2 different types of medicine. I got some Amoxicillin and Naproxen. Lately I have just been getting rest and catching up on some different anime series that I normally wouldn't be able to watch during the day.

I should be back on my feet by Friday or hopefully Saturday in time for Halloween! I don't do much on Halloween but I enjoy watching all the kids including my sister get candy and be happy like I used to be when I was at that age and Trick or Treating.

Well, goodbye for now. I am going to go get more rest so I can get better as quick as possible!

My first thoughts on Letter Bee.

Plot--
Gauche is a governmental employee, given the task to deliver any letter to it's destination. Meeting a young boy who is the letter to be delivered, Gauche makes friends with Lag and inspires him to take up the job. Five years later, Lag Seeing finally realizes his dream, that of a Letter Bee. However, the one who inspired him has gone missing and only there does the mystery start.

Well, to be completely honest I only started watching this anime series in the first place because I was watching random anime from the Fall Anime Season. I had no real intentions of even following this anime series until I absolutely fell in love with it after the first 4 episodes.

When it comes to anime it is usually after the 2nd or 3rd episode that I am drawn in. In the very first episode of Letter Bee I was drawn in midway through the episode. I didn't want to stop watching except I had to because I had to wait till the next week for the newest episode.

Either way, I intend to watch this series until the very end of the series. I love it so far and will continue to love it.

FALL HOORAY!!

Fall has finally arrived. I have been waiting for this time of year since the Summer began. I mainly like the Fall because of the cool weather everyday and the beautiful color of the atmosphere. Although on a side note it also means new anime is brought to the table as well.

Other than the anime and the nice feeling I get every time I set foot out my door, I am also excited about Black Friday. On Black Friday there are a whole lot of sales at every single store. Some people camp outside of a store for days just to get the merchandise they have been looking at. People would call it pathetic and hell, maybe it is, but I find it fun and it lets you see a whole other side of some people.

Ending this Blog I feel like I should clarify, I do not hate Summer. But I love the Fall and even Winter so much more.

GED Studies update.

Well, last may I came to a point in my Life where I realized that I needed to progress or I would remain in a standstill for the rest of my Life. I figured that going to school was already a waste of time since I found out that I had 18/24 Credits but I was missing over 8 required Credits. After I found that out I knew that I needed to turn things around and if I didn't that I would only be traveling down a slow and dark path towards destruction. I bit the Bullet and decided enough was enough and I decided to take my GED.

I started the week after I found out about my Credits being the way they were. I first tackled Math because I have always been alright at Mathematical Equations and all other forms of Math as well. I took my test for that about a week after studying because I was confident that I could pass the test most people refer to as "the hardest test". Of course, I passed with flying color's and then went on to working on my Writing. I took the Writing test even quicker than my Math test. All I had to do was write a simple Essay on anything I wanted and also at the same time make sure that I was using correct spelling and grammar which I usually never have had a problem with in the first place. Again, I passed writing with flying color's as well.

I am now studying Social Studies,Science and Reading which, in my opinion, those are the 3 easiest tests that there are in the entire GED program. I will be updating this whenever something big happens or whenever I feel like it. I could update everyday or every week it all depends on what I get done and how I am feeling. Either way, closing this Blog I am just going to say that so far I am proud of myself for starting to turn my Life around while I am young and that now I actually feel like I've accomplished something pretty big in Life.

Toradora! Review

Well, all in all, I love the entire series. I thought it was one of the greatest series I have seen since Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. I love the growth of the 2 main character's relationship. I recommend this series to anybody who was a fan of Lovely Complex.

I have been watching Mobile Suit Gundam.

Right now I am currently watching Mobile Suit Gundam. I just finished Episode 1 and I am very impressed. I know most people would say" You are an anime fan and have NEVER seen Mobile suit Gundam?!" but I am not ashamed to admit that I am just now watching it. I did watch G Gundam and Gundam Wing when I was young. As a kid I would build the model's of RX-78 because it was,of course, my favorite Mobile Suit.

I will continue to watch Mobile Suit Gundam and try to watch all the rest of the Gundam Series if I am interested enough.

I am up to Episode 21 and I have to say for a Sport's Anime I am enjoying it.I posted a brief description of what the story is about below.

5th grader Koh Kitamura lives next door to the Tsukishima family, owners of a batting cage and the Clover cafe. His girlfriend, Wakaba, is the 2nd Tsukishima daughter; the 3rd daughter, the baseball prodigy Aoba, can't stand him. Wakaba dreams of Koh pitching at legendary Koshien Stadium, site of the national high school championship finals. However, tragedy strikes, and it is up to Koh, with the help of Aoba and his other teammates, to make Wakaba's dream come true

I reccomend this Anime Series to anyone who likes a nice Comedy/Romance Story.

They recently got a new Blueberry Ice Capp so I have to get one of them if I can.I am going to continue to watch Air Gear while my other Anime Series are being subbed still.I don't know, something tells me today will be a very relaxing day.

Today was my little sister's birthday. She turned 6 years old :D my parents took her to Chuckie Cheeses for her birthday so I found that enjoyable as an older brother knowing my sister got to have fun on her birthday.

Then I went to the Mall with my brother to hangout until he met up with his girlfriend. After he met up with her and they did their own thing, I decided I would go see a movie. So I walked to the Movie Theater and I was getting ready to pay for my ticket and next thing I know a person there let me in for free! So I am pretty happy and not to mention the movie I saw was a great one at that. The movie I saw was Julie and Julia, which in my opinion, was a GREAT movie.

Today was a good day. Not to much went wrong, I got to see my sister happy, and I saw a great movie for free. Now let's see what Tomorrow has in store for me :P

Job Hunting

As of right now I am Job hunting. I am going to random Sites for different Grocery Stores in Town to fill out Applications. I want a Job because... 1) I am tired of not being able to buy Anime and Manga as much as I'd like too. 2)I do care about saving for other things like a Car,Apartment,College. 3)Money to have when I go out into Town or to other Malls with Friends. As of now I am trying to go for mainly Grocery Stores but I may have to resort to Fast Food in which I'd hate. The reason I hate Fast Food Restaurant's is because I am not exactly the type of person who likes to work around Greasy Foods and Deep Fryers.It makes me feel nauseous thinking about it. Right now, I need a Job so I can buy the things I desire when I desire them. I am tired of being broke all the time and restricted from some of the things that make me happy. I need a Job....

Relationships as an Otaku

Throughout the Years I have had very few Girlfriend's. It's not because I can't get a Girlfriend or because I am too shy to go up to a Girl in the Store to talk to her. It is mainly because none of the Girls I have met share many of the same Interests as Myself.I enjoy watching Anime,playing Video Games,and reading Manga. I do have other interests as well like Music and going for Long Walks every now and again but my main 3 Interests out of Life are Anime,Video Games,and Manga.

When I have met Girl's that seem interesting to me either...

(A)they aren't attracted to me in a "more than a Friend" way or

(B) they have a Boyfriend.

I think

what would be best for me is if I found a Girlfriend who is also an Otaku. Not that I would not be interested if I met a Girl I like who isn't an Otaku but I think it would be best for me. Otaku do mainly like the same types of things like Anime,Manga,Video Games,Cosplay etc.. But most Otaku have different tastes in those things which would very interesting in itself. Closing this Blog I will say that I will continue on with my Journey down the road of Relationships ad only Time will tell when I actually meet the right one for me whether she is an Otaku or not I don't care as long as I can give love and recieve just as much in return.

I need a new I-Pod

I have a 30 GB I-Pod Video right now with a ton of my favorite music on it I love it and all but there is some sort of short circuit in the headphone jack so I have to fiddle with it for a second then it starts working fine. I am not too bothered by this but it is the principle of the matter, I shouldn't have to go through that to listen to my music. I am currently looking for a job not only for a new I-Pod but so I can buy things for myself in general.

The I-Pod i am wanting to get when I get a job is the I-Pod Touch. I have never had anything like it so I figure it would be a good thing to have not to mention i am on the go quite a bit so the WIFI would come in handy in many instances.

Eventually I will be able to get a new I-Pod but for now I have to work with what I have.

I cannot wait for the Fall/Winter Seasons to arrive. I'm waiting for the Fall Anime Season to start up so I can start watching some new Anime. I might drop a couple of Series from the Summer Anime Season so that I can watch a little more from the Fall but that depends on if there are any that I really like.

Either way, the new Anime Season aside, I like the Fall and Winter because of the feeling of the year.Black Friday is always fun as well, you get to wake up early, see people you know,stores open early,HUGE sales on Video Games and Anime DVD's, everything about that day(to me) is a good day. i am not sure if anyone reads my Blog's but if you do, what is your favorite Season(s) of the year?

Gurren Lagann

I loved this Series so much it. I give it a 10/10 it was probably one of the BEST that I've seen.

Gurren Lagann takes place in a fictional future in which human beings have been forced under Earth's surface and live in isolated subterranean civilizations. These "villages" have no contact with the surface world or other villages. Because frequent earthquakes damage infrastructure, the villages must constantly extend deeper into the earth—individuals relegated to this task are known as "diggers".

Jeeha Village is the home of Simon, a fourteen-year-old digger who was orphaned when his parents were killed in an earthquake. Although Simon is respected by the village elders as the best of the diggers, he is ostracized by his peers. Simon discovers a special drill key deep in the ground and is soon recruited by an eccentric fellow orphan named Kamina into his group the "Gurren Brigade". Kamina dreams of the surface world, which he once visited as a child, though he had to return home as he was too young to survive there.

After a failed attempt at reaching the surface, Kamina is jailed by the village elder. Simon resumes digging, only to discover "a big face" deep in his tunnel. As he excitedly fetches Kamina to show him the discovery, Simon is also caught by the village elder. Fortuitously, Kamina's punishment is interrupted by the collapse of the ceiling over Jeeha Village, as an enormous mecha falls into the cavern. A girl named Yoko appears and tries to repel the machine with a large rifle. Simon takes Kamina and Yoko to the "big face" he found earlier and discovers that the small drill key can be used to activate it. Named "Lagann", he uses it to destroy the invading mecha and effectively break through to the surface.

Once on the surface, Simon and Kamina discover there are more large mechas known as "Gunmen" (piloted by "Beastmen") that terrorize the surface dwellers during the day. Simon and Kamina help Yoko and her village destroy three more Gunmen of which Kamina takes one for himself, naming it "Gurren"(meaning "crimson"). Eventually, Simon and Kamina decide to embark on a journey to end the constant struggle between the Beastmen and humans, and are initially accompanied by Yoko and Leeron, a mechanic from Yoko's village. As they head out to find the headquarters of the Beastmen's Human Eradication Army, the group encounters various Beastmen warriors including the vicious Viral.

Along the way, Simon and the others are joined by more humans, including the "Black Siblings", led by Kittan, and Rossiu, a strict young man from an underground village, to form the 'Dai (meaning "Large" or "Great")-Gurren Brigade'.

Before a final battle with their old enemy, Viral, the Dai-Gurren Brigade plans to hijack a giant Gunmen with which the Beastmen have previously attacked them. Kamina plans for Simon to steal the Gunmen using the Lagann. Later that night, while Kamina is talking, Yoko kisses him, and he reciprocates. Unseen, Simon follows Yoko and witnesses the event. This causes Simon a significant amount of psychological trauma and consequently to be distracted during the final battle, ultimately contributing to the death of Kamina.

The Dai-Gurren Brigade ultimately defeats the Human Eradication Army, causing the arrival of Nia, the mysterious "daughter" of the Beastmen leader Lordgenome, and the repopulation of Earth's surface. However in doing so, Simon learns of the power of the Spiral, and the destruction that it could cause. Lordgenome was once a spiral warrior, and fought against the Anti-Spirals once before and failed. To preserve human kind, he forced all humans to live underground to keep population to a minimum so they would not alert the anti spirals to their presence.

The second half of the series takes place seven years later. Led by Simon and members of Dai-Gurren Brigade, mankind has become prosperous. Though all seems well, once one million humans have repopulated the surface, two new conflicts arise with the arrival of the Anti-Spirals, including Nia's sudden "transformation" into their messenger, and the activation of the Moon, which the Anti-Spirals have actually transformed into a Gunmen to fall into and destroy the Earth once the million-person threshold was broken. Simon, along with the rest of the Brigade and his reformed enemy Viral, then leads the battle to defeat the Anti-Spirals and save Earth.-Wikipedia
